Black Belt Test

After driving back from New York before the crack of dawn, I was one of the sparers of Kat for her test. Exhausted on only functioning on 2 hrs of sleep, I was exhuasted to start with. However she was even more tired. Good job KAT and BRUCE!!!! YAY. Luckily I didn't have to spar Bruce.
Anyway I've learned a valuable lesson today. WHile trying to cram 2 guys and 6 pizzas into my dads small sports coupe, I appreciated the ample space of my van. Although it's not the most stylish vehicle, it's incredibly easy to fit people, pizza, and a weekends worth of stuff into.
Also I've received several injuries resulting from tackle frisbee.
1) Elbowed in the chest by Matt
2) Kneed in the head by William
3) Had my head crushed by the William falling on me

Don't know how I survived, but somehow I did. All for now, follow up reports will follow if necessary.

Wedding Weekend

Yes, it was Ben and Debbies wedding in NY this weekend. We trecked to Scantaetleas, NY (i know that's not spelled right) for a whole lot of fun and partying. The groom was nervous as hell and Debbie was as calm as anything. It was a humorous role reversal. If anyone knows Ben- he NEVER gets worked up over anythihng. I pulled double duty and was Pianist and Photographer. A lot of work but a lot of fun. Pics will, yes, soon be posted.
some Random Weekend Facts:

14= the number of people we fit in a hotel room.
10= the numbers of hours that I've spent driving.
6 = the number of hours of sleep I've gotten this weekend.
3= the number of rolls of toilet paper covering the bride and grooms vehicle.

BABY TURTLES!

Yuppers, thats right, we have baby turtles! Although the parents are still unknown we're still proud of them, whoever they are.
The new ones were found October 1 in their pen. Unfortunately 2 of their siblings drowned in the "pond". A burial service will follow shortly.

Our 5 boxturtles(3 male, 2 female) have been living in the same quarters for a while, so it's not suprising that they hatched some little guys finaly.

Babies!

One of these guys would just barely cover my big toe...
